Susan Snider

My name is Susan Snider and this is my story on chiropractic care.  I have had back problems all my life due to a problem with my feet when I was born.  I was born club footed and went through a lot of therapy as a baby and small child.  As I grew older I chose to wear a more attractive shoe which wasn't as good my posture or my feet. I am sure that is when a lot of my trouble began with my back.

... When I finally reached my twenties I started seeking chiropractic care and the best I can tell you is that is what has kept me going for the past twenty years.  Lets just say that I had learned to live with the pain and I am sure there are some of you who can relate to that.

Last winter we had a bad cold spell with the ground covered for a month and where I lived we had no running water for three weeks.  I hurt my back really bad carrying water to my home inside.  That is when I was introduced to Rhoads Family Chiropractic and Dr. Tim Rhoads started putting me back together again.  For the first time in my life I have more energy than I have had in many years and I am not in near the pain I was in.  He immediately started working with me on my feet since that is the foundation in which I walk on.  He had me see a Certified Pedorthist and we had personal insoles for my shoes.  All I can tell you is that you got to want to feel better and I was feeling pretty bad.  I try to do the things Dr. Tim asks me to do to make myself better and some days I do better than others but I feel so much better than I did that it isn't hard to do the things that Dr. Tim asks me to do.  His first goal is for his patients to feel better.

As I type this letter I think of many things I probably left out such as I live in Springfield, and twice a week I drive to Rolla to see the good Dr. Many of you probably thing that is crazy but your health and quality of life are worth something and don't know that you can put a price on feeling healthy.  So the next time your back, arms or neck are hurting you ask yourself in living in constant chronic pain is worth it?  I am sure the answer is no.  I myself was living in constant chronic pain and wanted relief.  Would you like to know how I spell relief now DR. TIM RHOADS.  One last thing he will treat you according to your aches and pains.

Good luck!   Chiropractic Patient,
Susan Snider
